轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)式拋丸機(jī)主要適合中小型工件的表面清理的生產(chǎn)，這規(guī)格的設(shè)備適合于發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)連桿，齒輪，膜片彈簧等，廣泛應(yīng)用于鑄造和汽車制造業(yè)，具有生產(chǎn)效率高，密封效果好，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，裝卸件方便技術(shù)含量高等特點(diǎn)。為保證清理效果、提高生產(chǎn)率，在本機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)中，采用直聯(lián)曲線葉片拋頭，而且在原有設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)上重新調(diào)整了拋頭位置，首先拋頭與水平垂直有一定夾角，以利于工件內(nèi)腔的清理；其次轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)支承完全改觀，便于維修、裝卸。
轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)式拋丸機(jī)的特點(diǎn)：
(1)轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)式拋丸機(jī)主要由室體、轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)、傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)、分離器、提升機(jī)、輸丸裝置、拋丸器等部分組成，在室頂一臺(tái)高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的拋丸器，對(duì)工件進(jìn)行佳方位的拋射，工件隨著轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)轉(zhuǎn)出室體時(shí)，可直接看到清理效果，以便進(jìn)行下一步工作。
(2)通過(guò)傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)帶動(dòng)刮丸板回轉(zhuǎn)，將丸砂通過(guò)流丸管送到提升機(jī)下部，再由提升機(jī)提到分離器進(jìn)行分離，完好的彈丸通過(guò)輸丸管及閘門(mén)供拋丸器連續(xù)使用，破碎彈丸及灰塵再分別進(jìn)入其它相應(yīng)管道，以進(jìn)行二次分離。
(3)傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)由擺線針輪減速器帶動(dòng)磨擦輪，通過(guò)一個(gè)離合機(jī)構(gòu)與轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)發(fā)生磨擦傳動(dòng)，使轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)平穩(wěn)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)。當(dāng)工件轉(zhuǎn)出室外可用于直接翻動(dòng)調(diào)整及被清理好的工件；也可隨時(shí)根據(jù)被清理工件的不同和裝卸翻動(dòng)工件的難易程度，來(lái)扳動(dòng)離合手柄，使磨擦輪和轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)脫離，即轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)停轉(zhuǎn)調(diào)好工件再改變手柄位置，轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)再開(kāi)始轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)。
