熱風爐是烘干供熱的關(guān)鍵設備, 決定了物料的烘干產(chǎn)量和質(zhì)量。目前物料烘干應用的熱風爐主要有三大類：燃氣熱風爐、燃油熱風爐和燃煤熱風爐。但依我國國情，絕大多數(shù)的地區(qū)和企業(yè)沒有燃氣條件，而燃油的成本太昂貴。所以國內(nèi)企業(yè)多是選用燃煤熱風爐。熱風爐供熱量大小是否配套至關(guān)重要，即便保證了物料在烘干機內(nèi)的停留時間，加料也均勻，通風除塵設備合理。
